Bangkok studio · English cohorts

Trace every customer moment back to the product.

Cloudtracebase is a small teaching studio for app analytics aimed at customer support teams. We train leads and senior agents to read event streams, session paths, and crash clusters without turning the floor into a second data team.

Week-four briefing sample A Bangkok cohort walkthrough: ticket spike mapped to a checkout event, not a staffing rumour.
“After the morning trace, we stopped arguing about ‘the app being slow’ and started naming the screen. That alone cut our escalations to engineering by a third.” Nalinee P. · Queue lead, Bangkok insurtech
Programs

Studios built around the desk, not the warehouse.

Each programme assumes you still have a queue. Homework is short. Tools are the ones support already sees — not a new BI religion.

Why the studio exists

Support already sits on the earliest product evidence.

Most analytics courses are written for growth or product ops. Customer support teams are left translating dashboards that were never labelled for a ticket queue. We close that gap with app analytics that start from the conversation, then walk back into the event.

Cohorts stay small. Instructors have run Thai and regional support floors. English is the teaching language; examples often come from Bangkok fintech, commerce, and travel apps.

A shared vocabulary with product

Name screens, funnels, and failure modes the same way engineering does, so a handover is a fact, not a mood.

Rituals that survive a bad Monday

We design 15-minute traces, not 90-minute war rooms. If the queue explodes, the practice still fits before standup.

Judgement about what not to chase

App analytics for customer support is mostly restraint: which spikes are noise, which clusters deserve a ticket tag, which ones wait for a weekly brief.

Bring a live queue problem. Leave with a trace you can defend.

If you lead customer support and your app already emits events you barely read, write to the Bangkok studio. We will tell you honestly whether a cohort, a workshop, or a single briefing clinic is the better fit.
