How we hold your data

This notice explains how Cloudtracebase collects and uses personal data when you browse cloudtracebase.digital, send an enquiry, or join a programme. It should be read with our cookies page.

Data controller

The controller is Cloudtracebase, operating from Street: Thung Song Hong Laksi; City: Bangkok; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10210; Country calling code: +66; Country: Thailand. Contact the controller at info@cloudtracebase.digital or 029823695b36.

What we collect

From the enquiry form: name, email, optional topic, and message. From enrolment: billing details, employer if you share it, and homework you choose to submit (which may include redacted tickets). From the site: technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, plus cookie data described separately. We do not buy marketing lists.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to reply and to decide whether a cohort, workshop, or residency fits. We use enrolment data to run the programme, invoice, and keep alumni office hours. We use limited analytics only if you accept non-essential cookies. Legal bases under applicable Thai personal data protection rules include contractual necessity, legitimate interests in running a teaching studio, and consent where we ask for it.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for 18 months, then deleted or archived with identifiers removed. Enrolment records, invoices, and attendance lists are kept for seven years to meet Thai accounting practice. Homework is deleted 12 months after the cohort ends unless you join alumni office hours and ask us to keep a briefing draft. Server logs rotate within 90 days.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time without affecting studio access. Write to info@cloudtracebase.digital. We will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

International transfers

Our teaching happens in Thailand. Some processors (email, video conferencing, file hosting) may store data outside Thailand, including in Singapore, the European Union, or the United States. Where we transfer data abroad we use contractual clauses and vendor assessments reasonably available to a studio of our size. We will not move a whole cohort’s homework to a new country without notice.

Sharing

We share data with instructors under confidentiality, with accountants and payment intermediaries when you pay an invoice, and with authorities if Thai law requires it. We do not sell personal data. Guest product managers invited to a briefing week see only what you choose to present.

Children

Programmes are for working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
