Refunds, pauses, and what we cannot return
This policy applies to paid Cloudtracebase programmes invoiced by the Bangkok studio. The website itself does not take payment. Published prices on the fees page are informational until an invoice is issued.
Eligibility
You may request a full refund if you withdraw in writing at least 14 days before the first live session (or the first residency workshop). Desk Trace self-paced access is refundable within 7 days of purchase provided you have not attended the live clinic and have not downloaded more than the introductory workbook.
Timeframe for requesting
Send the request to info@cloudtracebase.digital from the email on the invoice. Include the programme name, invoice number, and whether you want a refund or a pause. Requests made after the windows above are considered for partial refunds only.
Full versus partial refund
After the 14-day window and before the third live session of Shift Compass, we refund 50% of the tuition if you withdraw. From the third session onward, tuition is not refunded; we will offer a single transfer to a later public cohort within 12 months if a seat exists. Observatory Residencies are quoted as a package: after the discovery call has occurred, 30% is non-refundable; after the first workshop, the remainder is non-refundable except as noted under exceptions.
Non-refundable items
Travel we have already booked at your request for an on-site residency. Third-party venue hire. Bank transfer fees charged by your bank. Printed materials already shipped. Guest-seat attendance at briefing week is not separately refundable.
Refund process
We confirm receipt within two working days. We review eligibility against this policy and the invoice. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payer by the same method used to settle the invoice (bank transfer in Thai baht unless we agreed otherwise).
Processing time and method
Once approved, expect the funds to leave our account within 15 working days. Incoming delays at your bank are outside our control. We do not refund in cash at the studio.
Cancellation by Cloudtracebase
If we cancel a public cohort, you receive a full refund or a seat on the next intake, at your choice. If we must move a session by more than 72 hours, that session does not count against your two-recording cap.
Pauses
Serious illness or a documented family emergency may pause a Shift Compass seat once. The pause is not a refund. You rejoin a later cohort without a new fee, subject to availability within 12 months.
Exceptions
If we materially change the syllabus after you have paid and you do not accept the change, you may withdraw for a full refund even inside the teaching window. If a residency cannot proceed because we fail to supply the agreed facilitator, unused workshop days are refunded pro rata. Statutory rights under Thai consumer law are not limited by this page.
