Terms of participation

These terms apply to the Cloudtracebase website at cloudtracebase.digital and to any programme, workshop, clinic, or residency you purchase or attend with us. By using the site or confirming a seat you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or enrol.

Who we are

Cloudtracebase is the teaching studio operating from Bangkok, Thailand. Contract notices go to info@cloudtracebase.digital and to the studio address published on the contact page. Phone contact is 029823695b36.

Acceptance and changes

We may update these terms when a programme format changes or when Thai law requires it. The dated version on this page is the one that applies to new enrolments. Material changes to an already confirmed seat will be sent to the email you gave us; you may withdraw under the refund policy if you do not accept the change.

Site use

You may browse, share links, and submit enquiries. You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs others, impersonate the studio, or use our materials to train a competing course without written permission. Published fees are informational; they are not an offer until we issue an invoice.

Programmes

Seats are personal unless we agree in writing that a colleague may substitute. Live sessions may be recorded for enrolled students only. You must not redistribute recordings. Homework you submit may be used anonymously in later teaching unless you object in writing before the cohort starts.

We do not guarantee a job outcome, a vendor certification, or that your employer will adopt the briefing ritual. App analytics for customer support teams depends on access to tools we do not control.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, slide decks, the morning-trace format, and the Cloudtracebase name remain our property. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside your employer’s support org. You do not receive a licence to teach them commercially. Your ticket samples and internal metrics remain yours; we will not publish them without consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Cloudtracebase is not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, or decisions your company makes after a briefing. Our aggregate liability for a paid programme is limited to the fees you paid us for that programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Thailand, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect intellectual property.
